ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During high-demand periods (drops, sales, holidays), processing times may be longer.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates — not guarantees.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Location

  • Order size

  • Carrier rates


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control.

Lousy Goods is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

If your package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first

  • Then reach out to us — we’ll try to help where we can


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

These are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
