REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

This includes:

  • Sales

  • Discount codes

  • Holiday or flash drops

Exception: If we mess up

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We’ll fix it.

Email us within 5 days of delivery:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Photos of the issue


I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM

We got you.

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • What you ordered vs. what you received

  • Size, color, and product details

  • Photos showing the issue

We’ll make it right.


I FORGOT TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE

Once an order is placed, it’s locked.

We cannot:

  • Add discount codes after purchase

  • Adjust pricing

Only one code per order (including free shipping codes).

Double-check before checkout.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.

During drops or high demand, it may take longer.

Shipping times (after processing):

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days


WHY IS MY ORDER IN “PRE-SHIPMENT”?

This means:

  • Your label has been created

  • Your order is in the shipping queue

Tracking updates once the carrier scans it.

It’s normal for this to take a few days.


MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DON’T HAVE IT

Once marked delivered, the package is in the carrier’s hands.

We recommend:

  1. Check around your property

  2. Ask neighbors or roommates

  3. Contact the shipping carrier

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll help where we can.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

Make sure your address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Lost or misdelivered packages due to address errors

Need to fix your address?

  • If your order has NOT shipped yet → contact us ASAP

  • If it has shipped → we cannot change it

Returned to sender?

We can reship it — but you’ll need to cover the new shipping cost.
