If we mess up, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

You are eligible for a replacement or store credit.

What to do:

Email us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll take care of you.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

EXCHANGES

REFUNDS
